Communications

The Communications Working Group is the public face of the Forum providing all external communications and administration of external activities. Additionally, the Forum provides the distribution channel for all Forum generated original content, manages public facing events as well as speaking engagements. This has included the ongoing series of Masterclasses and panels at NAB and IBC where speakers share real world use cases, challenges and successes of their Ultra HD deployments. The WG also manages the online forum assets, social media and blogs.

Deliverables so Far

Publication of the output from the Guidelines Working Group and accompanying publicity promoting this. Trade-show booth planning and setup. Production of Masterclasses on UHD at IBC, NAB and other shows. Placement of speakers on panels at various trade shows and conferences. Social media.

Attendance of 75% of the WG calls and willingness to review and improve publications and willingness to help manage logistics with the various Forum events.
