Meeting Regularity
The GWG meets bi-weekly by telecom and meets F2F several times per year.
Usual Meeting Time
The GWG telecoms occur every two weeks on Tuesdays from 10a-11:30a ET.
Communications
The Communications Working Group is the public face of the Forum providing all external communications and administration of external activities. Additionally, the Forum provides the distribution channel for all Forum generated original content, manages public facing events as well as speaking engagements. This has included the ongoing series of Masterclasses and panels at NAB and IBC where speakers share real world use cases, challenges and successes of their Ultra HD deployments. The WG also manages the online forum assets, social media and blogs.

Security
The purpose of this WG is to provide recommendations and guidelines for security mechanisms, consistent with the outputs of other Ultra HD Forum working groups and appropriate to Ultra HD services.

Interoperability
Facilitating interoperability work and plug-fests to test the usability and comprehensiveness of Ultra HD and related media standards including the Forum’s Guidelines. Describe and promote the use of Ultra HD and related media services that meet the scope of the Ultra HD Forum.
